Event Description
Join Debbie for a total body stretch program for all fitness levels via Zoom. Improve your balance, flexibility, coordination, range of motion and release tension. Includes a mix of standing, seated, and floor stretching exercises. All movements can be modified for your fitness level.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
