Library trustees are elected by Longwood district residents to serve a five-year term of office. Trustees serve without compensation and are the official policy-making body of the library. The Board of Trustees meets each month and meetings are open to the public.
Agendas are posted below prior to each meeting. Both approved and unapproved minutes are posted below and are available for review at the library.
The board typically meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm, subject to change for holidays and other conflicts. Meeting dates for fiscal year 2025-2026 are:
