Take a break with Lisa Jean as she guides you through a total body and mind relaxation leaving you blissed out for a peaceful night sleep. Using a combination of techniques that may include gentle stretching, face yoga, mindful breathing and guided meditation – this class is for anyone who wants to relax deeper, quiet their mind and restore a tense body. This is a relaxation class, not an exercise class. No prior experience necessary. Registrants are welcome to bring a Yoga or exercise mat, light blanket and water.
