Qigong is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, sound, and focused intent. In this introduction series, you will follow along with exercises to warm up all the joints, tendons, and ligaments in a series of arm and hip rotations, slow-moving knee and backbends, and standing full body stretches. No experience required.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants before the program.
