Event Description
Earn 12 hours of volunteer credit (we’ll give you an extra helping for this program!) while developing your creative talents and helping to brighten a young person's day. Build sets, design costumes, and act a role in the Longwood Public Library's "Life-Sized Candyland" program, in which YOU bring this classic board game to life. Please note that this program is only open to Longwood teens in grades 7-12 who can commit to all sessions (no partial service credit will be given).
Everyone who participates will receive a certificate for 12 hours of community service.
Program Dates:
Tuesday, April 23 from 2:00-4:30 PM
Wednesday, April 24 from 2:00-4:30 PM
Friday, April 26 from 4:30-9:00 PM
You must be able to attend all 3 sessions to participate
Registration begins March 13 at 9:30 A.M.
Teen Services Programs are open to those teens who are in grades 7-12 only.
