Love to read, eat snacks, and play games? Longwood readers in grades 5 to 8 can join us at Longwood Public Library for Junior Battle of the Books!
In advance of each practice session, participants will read two books: Lei and the Fire Goddess by Malia Maunakea and Slugfest by Gordon Korman. After playing trivia games about each book, participants will face off in our final battle pub-style trivia competition!
Beginning Monday, March 10, register in person at Longwood Public Library's Teen Services Department and pick up a set of books and practice schedule. Participants must be able to attend all three sessions to register.
