Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique allowing you to turn your awareness inward while relaxing your body. Regular practitioners report better sleep, reduced negative thinking and feeling more ease and less stress. Participants will choose a comfortable arrangement to recline (on the floor, in a chair or sitting against a wall). We will do some very light stretching to facilitate relaxation. Bring a mat, blanket, and a small head pillow if preferred. Expect to be in relaxation for 30-40 minutes.
