Teen Title Talk: Book Club for 9th-12th Graders (Teen WRC)

Join the Teen Services Librarians for a brand new book discussion especially for teens in grades 9-12! This month, we will be reading:

Only Mostly Devastated by Sophie Gonzales

In this modern spin on Grease, Ollie thinks he's finally found his fairytale ending after a perfect summer with Will Tavares--that is, until vacation ends and Will ghosts him, leaving Ollie one prince short of a happily ever after. What's worse, a family emergency sees Ollie uprooted and sent across the country to a brand new school, where he unexpectedly meets a new version of Will: a closeted, jock-y class clown (and, to be honest, a bit of a jerk). Though Ollie tries to move on, Will continues to "coincidentally" reappear, and Ollie finds his resolve weakening. His summer with Will left his heart trampled and battered. Ollie would have to be an idiot to trust him again...right? 

Attendees who read the book and participate in the discussion will receive 3 hours of community service.
