Take a break from the stress, strain, and problems life brings with a quick Meditation Vacation! Join Gaurav Singh to learn how meditation can provide an inner retreat where we immerse ourselves in peaceful inner calmness and happiness anytime we wish. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
