Learn how to incorporate simple meditation techniques into your busy schedule to help calm your mind and reduce stress in this engaging workshop led by Arlene Samsel. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
