Program Description

Event Description

Join us to learn basic postures and a stretch routine that, when practiced regularly, will promote strength, endurance and flexibility. You will also be shown breathing techniques you can use to reduce stress by calming the body and the mind. Bring a towel and a water bottle.

Registration begins July 17 at 9:30 A.M.

To complete registration for this program, please select your grade in September from the drop-down "Grade" menu below. If you have just graduated, please select "12". 

Teen Services Programs are open to those teens who are entering grade 7 through completed grade 12 (2019 Graduates) only.
