Did you know that you can meet some of your hydration needs by eating fruits and vegetables? Join Katherine Ancona, a registered dietician with Northwell Health, to learn which foods and liquids can help you best meet your hydration goals this summer.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
