Bring joy, peace, positivity and relaxation into your daily life and begin the New Year with a fresh start. Join long time meditator Arvind Naik as he discusses how incorporating simple techniques of meditation into our daily routine can be life changing. There will even be a little meditation sitting at the end.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
