Long Island’s coastal waters have an abundance of sharks about which we know very little. A group of researchers tagged a juvenile great white shark in 2015. Since then 20 others were tagged off Montauk. Learn about the shark and the work of the Shark Research and Education Program. Join Long Island’s own shark researcher, Chris Paparo, as he brings us up close to these amazing creatures and tells us how he got his "feet wet" in shark research.
