Join Jasmine Lucas of the Association for Mental Health and Wellness to explore the different types of boundaries and how to create them in your personal and professional life. Learn the benefits of setting boundaries and how the lack of boundaries contributes to burnout.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
