We are anxious about many things in today's stressful world. Through meditation, we calm the body and the mind which can help us make better decisions and cope with the stresses in our lives. Join Eileen Carlotto, long time meditator, to learn how meditation helps us replace anxiety and stress with joy and peace. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
