Join Dr. Matthew Raider long time meditator as he teaches a simple meditation technique to increase personal well-being and reduce the stress and anxiety you may be feeling. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
