Between cold and flu season and the COVID-19 pandemic, our bodies are constantly facing an onslaught of invisible foes, leaving many people scrambling to keep their immune system as healthy and strong as possible. But what can you do to give your immune system that all important boost? And what are the things that, contrary to popular belief, have little or no effect on your body’s ability to combat an infection? Join registered dietician, Katherine Ancona of Northwell Health, for answers to these questions and more.
