Event Description
The ancient tradition of meditation has become even more valuable for people of our modern times. Join Ajili Hordari to learn simple, time-tested meditation techniques that can be used to cope with challenges of everyday life and reduce stress. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
