Join Bruce Faithwick to explore the aspects of going within, blocking out stressful triggers, and finding peace by living in the current moment with a simple, time-tested meditation technique. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
