May is National Meditation Month. Join Arlene Samsel for this lively and engaging workshop to learn how meditation may enhance your health and reduce stress. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
