Explore the power of meditation to decompress, recharge, and experience peacefulness in this fast-paced stressful world with Dr. Matthew Raider. Learn a simple, yet powerful method of meditation that can be used daily to enhance your life and find peace within. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
