Event Description

The practice of meditation can help reduce stress, gain a deeper sense of fulfillment in life, and foster greater physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Join Jim Rose, M.Ed Rutgers University and long-time meditator, to learn practical meditation techniques that may allow for deeper concentration, relaxation, and personal growth. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
