The Tax Advocate Service is an arm of the IRS created to educate taxpayers and assist with filing accurate tax returns to avoid filing and processing problems, provide refund timing information and information about self-help tools and resources to check on refund status. They will discuss when it is appropriate to use this service, who they are, what they can do for you and how to contact them.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
