Chef Lois Ellen Frank, Ph.D. will present a beautifully photographed and highly educational presentation on the History of Native American cuisine and how the return to an ancestral diet may be a key to health and wellness in Native American communities.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting.  You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
