We are living in times that are stressful and meditation can be just the tool we need to help us cope with the challenges of everyday life. Join John Bednarik, longtime meditator who has been practicing meditation for over 30 years. He will discuss how meditation can improve our physical, mental and spiritual health. This evening you will have a chance to practice this simple technique that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation and promote inner growth.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants before the program.
