Meditation has become increasingly more popular. It provides many life transforming benefits including physical, psychological and spiritual when practiced regularly. Join Jim Rose, long time meditator and national speaker, to learn how meditation can enhance your life personally with a sense of wellbeing and a deep sense of inner peace. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
