Join Sangeeta Sinha. MBA, M. Ed, a long time meditator, and learn how to implement a simple yet very powerful meditation technique to detox your mind to improve thought patterns. This technique can calm the mind and bring about mental wellness and inner peace. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
