Treat yourself to some special time to nourish your body, mind and spirit! Empower your life by learning a simple meditation technique with Dr. Matthew Raider that can be used daily for greater peace, energy, and well-being. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
