Long time meditator Jim Rose, M. Ed explains how to use the practice of meditation to incorporate more love and peace in your life which in turn will have a profound transformation on your overall well-being. Learn how to let go of anger, fear and worry in order to create more harmonious relationships, improve work and home environments, and experience a deep sense of personal peace and love. This virtual workshop will include a short meditation session.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one hour prior to start time.
