Christmas Markets : Four Countries' Holiday Magic with Tasty Treats

Call it Marché de Noël, Weihnachtsmarkt, Kerstmarkt or Christmas Market, holiday vendors take up residence in towns all over the world during the holiday season. Go on a virtual visit to some of the best in Europe; all centered on the same theme, but each dramatically different. Patrons will sample Dutch Kerstkransjes, sugar cookies that can double as ornaments; Printen, traditional German spice cookies; and Belgian Rocher Coco, crunchy, moist-inside coconut mounds. Recipes will be provided.
