Learn how meditation can bring about a sense of calm and balance that benefits both your emotional and physical well-being, which in turn may impact your overall health and reduce stress with this lively workshop with teacher Arlene Samsel. This virtual workshop will also include a short meditation session.

This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. The URL for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon completion of registration and also one day prior to start time.
