Printing from Public Computers

When logged into the library’s public computers, cardholders are entitled to 50 cents worth of free copies per day.  Printing costs are 5 cents for black and white, and 25 cents for color. Wireless printing can be used in the library or from home at the same costs.

 

Printing from Your Computer or Mobile Device

You can send your print job to the library's print release terminals from anywhere, either through the Princh.com website, as an attachment by email, or through the Princh mobile app. Print jobs sent to the library remain on the print terminal for 24 hours.
 

Send Your Print Job from print.princh.com

1. Open a browser and go to print.princh.com

2. Enter the printer ID:

  • Adult Department Printer ID: 107593
  • Teen Services Printer ID: 107592
  • Children’s Department Printer ID: 108015
     

3. Upload your document(s)/images(s) and adjust your settings

4. You will receive confirmation on screen (green check mark). No email confirmation will be sent. If you are unsure if your print job went through and you are not in the library, please confirm with the department you sent it to before coming down to the library by calling (631)924-6400 Adult Department x250, Teen Services x249, Children’s Services x236.

5. Pay via the LPT:One Print Release Terminal. (B&W copies are 5 cents per page and color copies are 25 cents per page.)
 

Email Your Print Job

1. Email the documents/images you want to print by sending them as attachments to the corresponding email below. You will receive an email confirmation from no-reply@ewprints.com that your print job was sent to the LPT-1 Print Release Station.

2. Pay via the LPT:One Print Release Terminal. B&W copies are 5 cents per page and color copies are 25 cents per page.
 

Print from a Mobile Phone or Tablet

1. Scan the QR Code below with your device’s camera. (If you are on the device you are sending your print document from skip to step 2.)

2. Alternatively, you can open your browser and go to print.princh.com and enter the printer ID:

Print Using Princh Mobile App

1. Download Princh Mobile App from GooglePlay Store or the App Store.

2. From the document or photo you would like to print, click on share

3. Choose the “Print with Princh” option (You may only print one photo or document at a time. The “Print with Princh” option will not display if you have more than one photo or document selected.)

4. You will be prompted to switch to the Princh app. Switch to the mobile app.

5. Select the printer by either entering the printer ID or tap to scan a printer QR code.

6. Adjust your settings

7. Enter your email to submit print job

8. Pay via the LPT:One Print Release Terminal (B&W copies are 5 cents per page and color copies are 25 cents per page.)

9. You will receive a confirmation and you may view your print job history within the app

Copy

Two photocopiers are available for public use. The cost for letter and legal-sized copies is 5 cents per page for B&W and 25 cents per page for color. For ledger-sized (11'x17'), the price is 10 cents per page for B&W and 50 cents per page for color.

 

Scan

Quickly convert those old photos with our Kodak Picture Scanner!  You can scan up to 25 at a time and save to CD or USB.  The library also has a flatbed scanner and a slide/negative scanner available for public use.  The scanners are located in the Adult Department behind the Reference Desk.

 

Fax

Fax to anywhere in the United States during regular business hours.  We cannot receive faxes or send faxes to an international fax number.  The fax machine is located in the Adult Department behind the Reference Desk. Did you know you can fax from a mobile device? Learn how in this video tutorial.
