Vinyasa is a style of yoga that keeps you moving from pose to pose linking each pose to an inhale and an exhale. Movements from one pose to another are continuous which allows you to stay present along with using your breath. This series is presented by Sheryl Oleksak of Aria Yoga.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants upon registration confirmation and again one hour prior to start of the program.
