Enjoy a gentle stretch routine to help you relax and release stress. In addition, all sessions will conclude with a guided deep relaxation. Each week will begin with a brief talk on yoga philosophy and how its principles are applied on and off “the mat”. Questions welcome. Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
This program will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You can attend this program online or via telephone. The URL and phone number for the "meeting" will be emailed to all registrants before the program.
