Life is full of anxieties and stress, now perhaps more than ever. Come to this workshop to learn how you can learn how to calm your body and mind by sitting in meditation.  Find a place of happiness and peace within ourselves to reduce anxiety and fortify against the stresses of life. Join longtime meditator, John Bednarik, for this informative lecture.
